The Villas Socrates and Eleni are built on a hill in the scenic village of Vassilikos, just 7 kilometers from Zakynthos port and very close to the National Marine Park, in charge of protecting the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle.

They are surrounded by the abundant natural beauty of the trees and flowers. The road that leads to the villas is paved.

The villas feature private swimming pools with an amazing panoramic view of the sea and the mountain as well as a remote controlled gate for added safety, a private roofed storage area, free Wifi internet access and a BBQ.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a bedroom with two beds (a double and a single bed), a living room, a dining area and a bathroom. The villa is suitable for people with moving disabilities as there are no steps to climb. The indoor stairs lead you to two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and scenic balconies with arches and a sea view.

The Socrates villa is surrounded by huge verandas where you can enjoy coffee, a drink or even a meal in front of the swimming pool while taking in the wonderful views of the sea and the mountain.

The villa is equipped with satellite TV, free WiFi internet access, hairdryer, air conditioning in all bedrooms and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: a refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The villa features a large bedroom with a double and a single bed, a spacious open plan living room with a kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. An extra person can sleep in the living room.
The villa Eleni is surrounded by huge verandas where you can enjoy coffee, a drink or a meal in front of your private swimming pool while gazing at the magical view of the sea and the mountain. Location & Map

The villas are located in the area of Xirokastelo, in the village of Vassilikos.

It is not very populated offering thus an ideal combination of natural beauty and carefully preserved Zakynthian tradition.

It is one of the most renowned tourist resorts on the island, guaranteeing the most relaxing holiday for all visitors, whether they are young groups, couples or families.

The nearest beach is located at a 700 meter distance from the villas (Kaminia beach). 3-4 kilometers away, you will find the well known beaches of Banana, Saint Nikolas, Gerakas, Daphni and Caretta Caretta.

Restaurants and supermarkets can be found 300 meters from the villas.
